Yes. Pro subscribers can invite one partner to share the same journal. Both of you can add entries, photos, and memories together, all in one place. Free accounts are single-user. Upgrade to Pro monthly or yearly to share with your partner.

Yes — your journal is built for your whole family. All your children live in the same journal, the same calendar, and the same timeline together.

When adding entries or asking questions, mention your child by name or @ them directly — for example "when did @Lily first walk?" — since pronouns alone may not be enough when you have more than one child. This keeps the AI recall accurate and specific to the right child.

Your photos and videos are stored securely for your journal, shown only to you and invited family members, and may be processed by our AI (e.g. descriptions and search) under our Privacy Policy. You can download them anytime via Export, and they're deleted when you delete your account.

Kidera is a web app that works beautifully on any device. On iPhone, tap the Share button in Safari and select “Add to Home Screen” — it opens full screen just like a native app. On Android, tap the menu in Chrome and select “Add to Home Screen.” A native iOS and Android app is coming soon.

Yes. Cancel Pro in a couple of clicks from your account settings. You'll keep access through the end of the billing period, and your data remains exportable—no hard feelings, no catch.

Your photos and videos are never deleted. If you cancel Pro your account reverts to the free plan at the end of your billing period — but everything you've already uploaded stays safe and accessible.

The one limitation: once you're back on the free plan you won't be able to upload new photos or videos until your storage drops below 5GB. Your existing content above that limit is kept — you just can't add more until you free up space or resubscribe.

Your partner will also lose shared access when your Pro subscription ends.

Yes. You can export your posts and media when you need a backup, prior to account deletion, or peace of mind. Your family's story shouldn't be stuck in a single app.
